AGM & Election of 2023 Board of Directors
2023 Meeting Agenda, 2022 Meeting Minutes and 2022 Financials will be available on the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce website, one (1) week prior to the AGM meeting date.
- Members must be in attendance to vote, there are no proxy votes
- Each members membership must be in good standing as of December 31, 2022.
- One vote per membership
