Event Description:
‘Building Business Resiliency’, is offering free business coaching. Business coaches usually charge about $300/hour, and through this project any existing business owner in our service region is able to receive up to 15 hours of business coaching for free (a $4,500 value).
Also as part of this project, we are running workshops on a variety of topics, such as HR (navigating the new landscape), Marketing, etc. These are also offered for free right now (until March 31, 2021). This project was created to address the challenges a number of entrepreneurs find themselves in following the shut down during COVID-19 and the very changed business landscape. It is a collaboration of 3 Community Futures (CF) offices, CF Alberta Southwest, covering the Fort MacLeod, Pincher Creek, Cardston, and Claresholm regions, CF Crowsnest Pass, covering Crowsnest Pass and Blairmore regions and CF Highwood, covering the Foothills County, Vulcan County and northern part of the MD of Willowcreek area. Once again we want to ensure that rural entrepreneurs have the resources available to assist them with the changes that are required to keep their businesses running and ensure a successful operation. We have recruited 4 business coaches for this project and will provide 3 types of resources and services.
-One-on-one coaching sessions with one of the participating coaches. You can receive up to 15 hours of private coaching per business!
-With 3 sessions every week you will be coached in a variety of topics and presenters, including finance, HR, and so much more!
-Every session pinpoints key elements to running a successful business.
